An updated version of build service/application plugin, that creates a launch... 

An updated version of build service/application plugin, that creates a launch configuration file after a successful build, and can run or debug it (in Eclipse 3.5).
The creation of the launch configuration file is hard-coded since I have not managed yet to implement it using the appropriate API.
