Updated dependencies and libraries to no longer duplicate EMF and UML libraries (they are depending on other Eclipse plugins anyway), and to remove requirement for service releases of Eclipse 3.7 to be present

Added menu for service model emf to java, and updated commands to be able to handle different extensions and dual metamodel input. Updated version numbers
