Gitignores added only to Maven projects. The old docbook was about the
instALL.exe thing.

org.universAAL.ucc.webconnection package was removed, because it is superfluous. It was just needed for the Socket solution, which is not used anymore.

In Activator of ucc.database for every registered service a ServiceRegistry object was defined. 

uCC catches now if the AAL service licenses could not be downloaded because of network problems. So the user gets a message with the problem and that the installation could not be finished because of network connection problems.

This was implemented: If service is already installed, installation process show to user a message, that it is already installed and breaks up the installation.

Automatic Selection of a tree node in the DeployConfigView, so that the user does not need to select a node.

fixed the previous hack, dont know how it even worked some times (I guess: good users were getting analyzed before the bad ones). Also changed call to newinstance of jaxb

Minor change to show the name of the different parts involved in the installation process. previously they were listed as part1, part2, .... when no information about what is every part, which is needed.

My developer entry was missed. I also was involved in the development of uCC. For the sake of completeness. 

change OSGi version to 4.2.0 (this could be avaoided, but requieres code change, removing FrameworkUtil.getBundle references and retrieving the self context bundle somehow, eg with a static function).

removing WTF dependency to felix.framework (really WTF!!!).
