Fixed the ServiceProfiles of the full-code templates in versions 2.0.0 and above (NPE when registering them)

Migrated to MW2.0 release (official). Fixed some format. Uses ont.device. Reintroduced explicit device input in sample callees.

Added a warning comment for default context publishers, because clumsy developers who have not read the documentation may make the mistake of not adding a ContextProvider. You cannot really call this an "update", so no problem if it doesn´t get released.

New Version 0.8.1 including support for MW release 1.3.0. Sample code restyled to be more compliant with coding style format (for projects generated for MW 1.1.0 and above)

New version 0.7.0 with a complete refactoring of code in order to facilitate future extensions of the wizard for next MW releases. It sacrifices performance and size for flexibility and understandability. It also includes new icons and translation to Spanish (anyone can submit new translations by adding them to the folder with the "messages" files).
