Added a listener to the Generate aalapp.xml-button.

Removed "context" extension point and file, because they were not used.

Added a button to the AAL Studio Menu to open the Dashboard View.

Added a new ButtonListener that launches the wizard that uploads the source code to an SVN Repository.

When the user presses a button that calls a command that belongs to a plugin that is not installed, the Exception is caught and a relevant error message appears.
Hopefully fixed a display error where the currently selected project would not appear in the universAAL-box.

Increased font size on buttons and headers.
Added functionality to the Transform-button. The right command is called, but there are issues with getting the correct selection from the workbench.
