added ASOR to uAALPaxTab

next try to update uaal Runner (last time the version number of the jar in the feature was overridden by the old 1.2.0)

updated to 1.3.0, removed the dependency to some bundles (e.g. jp.go.ipa/jgcl/1.0) from the ignore list; they are needed 

uuAAL Pax Runner: .poject + .classpath restored since project cannot be imported as pure maven project. Using maven, only a deprecated version of org.eclipse.debug:core is available, which doesn't have all needed Methods.
