Removed MIT license, set version numbers, and corrected some problems with the transformation and validation scripts

Updated validation script to use rule names that do not conflict with the transformation script, and to return if there are errors or not (ignoring warnings) from the checkModel 

final check report now summarize the number of the problems occurred (tot, errors and warnings)

Console now give only overall check progress. 
Errors and Warnings are written only in the Error Log View.
The test now doesn't stop at the top level (empty or duplicated classes)
Some other bug resolved

More synthetic output. Added warnings rather than only errors. Caseless comparison for class and property names.

Updated transformation to use Int, Float, Double, and Long restrictions instead of old BundingValueRestriction
