Updated version numbers for transformations and updated update site project to include latest versions

Some minor bugfixing for script and a modification of preference path usage to place POM file in correct place

Fixed generation of dependencies for pom.xml. These are now using the imported packages in the ontology uml model.

Fixed some minor errors in creation of classes based on service and changed generation of namespace-name

Updated script to handle association owned navigation property. Fixed todo tracker #38 on Forge Tools

Simplified the propety/association handling. Now using a hashtable. The script has been tested, but not extensively

Fixed a bug where the transformation file could not be located if any folder in the path of the Eclipse-installation had a space in its name.

Refactored the plugin to use universAAL package names, and moved the transformations to a subfolder. Also, the list UML classes have been removed from the menu for now.

Made changes so that when the transform command is started, the MOFScript Console is opened and output generated by the transformation is displayed.

Update for the transformation command, fixing a bug which caused "null" to be output instead of "//" for unprotected blocks
