Updated models some details of middleware and service models, and revised phThing (still incomplete)

Updated validation script to use rule names that do not conflict with the transformation script, and to return if there are errors or not (ignoring warnings) from the checkModel 

Added a warning comment for default context publishers, because clumsy developers who have not read the documentation may make the mistake of not adding a ContextProvider. You cannot really call this an "update", so no problem if it doesn´t get released.

Moved auto loading of parameter to Configurator class, the paramters are defined in ConfigProperties
